What is a Lionhead Rabbit? They have a mane like a Lion unlike other rabbits which makes them unique. They have either a single mane around there head with hair between the tufts of the ears or a double mane which has the same but in addition wool on the sides of the body making them look even more majestic. Both types are Genetic so to produce either rabbit must have the gene.

How long have Lionheads been in the United States?
They are a new breed, shipped from another country less then 10 years ago. They are becoming very popular now due to there uniqueness and neat lion frames.

On this web site I'll share my breeder’s experiences with others by offering ideas, images, and information about my own Rabbits. I will share the joys of the little babies with a nursery link with pictures.

And I'll be sure to include links to my favorite Rabbit sites :)

Thanks for visiting, and be sure to get in touch and let me know if you are interested in a Lionhead.
